  • My expertise spans managing and delivering large-scale energy generation projects, including both renewables and nuclear technologies. By applying cross-industry best practices and a proven track record in high-stakes environments, I plan to navigate the organisation through the challenges ahead while contributing to our shared goal of achieving Net Zero.   • I have an accomplished track record in the clean energy sector with a strong track record of delivering high-value, large-scale energy projects. With a decade of experience across solar, wind, and energy storage, I have successfully led the development of over 5GW of renewable energy capacity, including 500MW of solar projects I personally brought to market at Lightsource BP.

    Latterly, I have built the highly successful UK team at Eden Renewables, overseeing over 6GW of new projects. My expertise spans land acquisition, planning, grid connections, commercial structuring, due diligence and contract negotiation. With deep knowledge of the clean energy landscape, and my ability to align technical, legal, and commercial strategies, I provide an invaluable combination of strategic insight, hands-on project delivery experience, and a proven ability to de-risk and maximise the value of clean energy assets.

  • A specialist in site characterisation, I have over 25-years of experience successfully leading teams to deliver high-quality and innovative programmes and projects in the water, petrochemicals, transport infrastructure, nuclear decommissioning, and clean energy sectors. My career has involved working within client organisations, Tier 1 and SME consultancies, as a regulator and managing sites as a contractor. Previous roles have included Head of Site Characterisation for a nuclear developer, supporting Nuclear Waste Services prepare for the investigation of potential Geological Disposal Facility sites and managing the delivery of a capital asset improvement and maintenance programme for a non-departmental public body. An advocate of risk-based decision-making, I place considerable value on data quality and the use of portfolio management information.
